Eberechi Eze’s reaction to being congratulated for Arsenal transfer speaks volumes

Eberechi Eze is on the verge of completing a transfer from Crystal Palace to Arsenal.

Arteta tends to favour slowly integrating new signings when he can, rather than throwing them straight into his side.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if he takes this conservative approach with Eze, given the volume of options he has off the left.

The Spaniard could select any one of Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard or Noni Madueke on this side from the start at Anfield.
