It’s been a busy transfer window for Arsenal, but it could be about to get busier as they need to complete several sales before it closes.
Andrea Berta has been busy with the additions to the squad he has made, with a spend of roughly £250 million so far.
However, Arsenal must also improve the squad by selling players, something they haven’t always been the best at doing.
With just one week remaining in the market, it seems as though five players are up for sale to help balance the books.

Five players Arsenal are open to selling this summer
According to The Athletic, Arsenal have five players they are open to selling this summer, if an appropriate offer arrives.
Jakub Kiwior
Jakub Kiwior is among those expected to leave the Gunners before the close of the summer transfer window.
The Polish international has played as number two to William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes since his arrival.
Some impressive displays last season have certainly shown that he is capable of first-team action, but it may not be with Arsenal.
Porto have opened talks to sign Kiwior, but it remains to be seen whether a deal can be agreed over a permanent exit or not.
Fabio Vieira
Fabio Vieira has returned from his loan spell at Porto, where he struggled to recapture some of his best form.
Arsenal are now open to letting the Portuguese forward leave in the remaining week of the window, with it seeming unlikely that he can force his way back into the team.
Stuttgart have shown interest in Vieira, though it is unclear exactly how far along a deal is at this stage and whether it will be agreed at all.

Reiss Nelson
Reiss Nelson’s loan move to Fulham last season came with some mixed success as he proved he had some quality in his displays, but equally suffered injuries yet again to disrupt his campaign.
Upon his return to Arsenal, there have been some moments to shine in pre-season, but he is yet to feature in the Premier League matchday squad.
Fulham have been in talks for Nelson to return, but the deal has dragged out as all parties await the final agreement.
Oleksandr Zinchenko
Having once been a key star for Mikel Arteta, Oleksandr Zinchenko has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal in the past year.
While he brought about sweeping changes, playing that inverted role from left-back into midfield, he has since been usurped.
The arrival of Riccardo Calafiori and Myles Lewis-Skelly on the scene has pushed him out of the team’s plans as things stand.
Zinchenko has publicly announced his discontent at Arsenal, revealing his frustrations at not being picked.
Albert Sambi Lokonga
Albert Sambi Lokonga is the fifth player from the senior squad who is free to leave the club this summer.
It comes after Lokonga’s loan spell at Sevilla, where injuries largely hampered his time in the team, but it was combined with some impressive displays.
It’s unclear where the midfielder could go at this stage, as the final days of the window tick down.

Arsenal must raise funds to balance PSR with transfer activity
So far this summer, Arsenal have spent over £250 million, a huge amount by the club’s own standards in the market.
That could still top £300 million, as interest in Piero Hincapie could tip the purchases beyond that major milestone.
Even though the Gunners have plenty of headroom with PSR, it would be ideal for them to have even more after a summer of big spending.
The best way to go about that would be to sell effectively in the summer transfer market.
Only £6 million has been raised in sales so far, but adding in those other five players with transfer fees and saved wages could help drag that up a bit.
It’s one of the biggest challenges Berta has, as Arsenal have struggled to sell well in recent years; however, it’s one he will have to take on firmly.
