Arsenal are close to completing their seventh signing of the summer transfer window, as Eberechi Eze nears a move from Crystal Palace.
The Gunners have been active in the market, acquiring several players to bolster Mikel Arteta’s squad.
Viktor Gyokeres has arrived for £63 million in a marquee move, while the likes of Noni Madueke, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard have also joined the Gunners.
Eze is set to become the latest addition for Andrea Berta, joining in a blockbuster £67.5 million switch, and the North Londoners may not be done yet.

Fabrizio Romano hasn’t ruled out Arsenal signing one more player this summer
Arsenal have strengthened their squad across the board this summer, adding a goalkeeper, a defender, two midfielders, an attacking midfielder, a winger and a striker.
Mikel Arteta now arguably has one of the deepest squads to select from in the Premier League, and he’ll be delighted by this after he had to deal with an injury crisis last season.
Eze is set to undergo his medical on Friday morning, before signing for his boyhood club, becoming the cherry-on-top signing Arsenal fans were crying out for.
That said, the Gunners could still add one more this summer.
Asked in the GiveMeSport newsletter, Fabrizio Romano did not rule out the possibility that Arsenal make one final move, although this is understood to be dependent on outgoings.
“As I said last week, I’d not say they are done or not done,” Romano said.
“There could always be opportunities based on exits.”
Arsenal don’t have many saleable assets in their squad, although a few departures could increase the need for another signing.
Jakub Kiwior is wanted by clubs in Italy and could command a significant fee.
Gabriel Martinelli could yet make a shock exit, with Bayern Munich and various clubs in the Saudi Pro-League supposedly expressing interest.
Meanwhile, squad players such as Oleksandr Zinchenko, Reiss Nelson and Fabio Vieira are all expected to depart in the next two weeks.

Who could Arsenal sign in the remaining weeks of the window?
If Martinelli does complete a surprise move away from N5, then the Gunners could be back in the market for yet another attacking player.
Rodrygo remains an option for Arsenal, and if the Brazilian pushes for a departure from the Bernabeu, then the Gunners should be well placed to secure a deal.
Meanwhile, if both Kiwior and Zinchenko leave, a move for a left-sided defender could be necessitated.
The Gunners would be down to just Gabriel Magalhaes, Myles Lewis-Skelly and Riccardo Calafiori as out-and-out options in this area of the pitch.
With Calafiori’s tendency to pick up injuries, this may not be sufficient cover on this side.
Arsenal were heavily linked with Jorrel Hato before the Dutchman joined Chelsea, so it remains to be seen who they would move for in this area of the pitch now.
