Eberechi Eze open to Arsenal move this summer
Arsenal have made initial enquiries to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace this summer, with the England international viewed as a potential option to strengthen the forward ranks.
While the Gunners are after a winger and a striker, it’s believed that the 27-year-old is separate from any of those deals.
And, in the latest boost to Arsenal, Fabrizio Romano reveals that Eberechi Eze is open to joining Arsenal if the move is made.
The journalist claims that Eze has made it “clear” that he is open to the switch, while he is attracted to the project and the prospect.
Cristhian Mosquera rejects Valencia contract proposal
Arsenal have been pushing hard to sign Cristhian Mosquera from Valencia in a deal to strengthen their backline.
After the Gunners made an initial offer, Valencia have responded by trying to tie the centre-back down to an improved contract.
However, according to OD Valencia, Mosquera has rejected the new contract offer as he looks to join Arsenal instead.
There is hope from the 21-year-old that an agreement can be reached in the near future to seal the deal, while just one year remains on his current contract.
Arsenal eye several new forwards
With the transfer window now kicking into overdrive, Arsenal have started to put their plans into action for the wide areas in particular.
According to L’Equipe, an initial offer has been made to sign Noni Madueke from Chelsea this summer, though it is unclear whether a deal will go through.
On top of that, the report claims that Ademola Lookman of Atalanta is of interest, along with Maghnes Akliouche of AS Monaco.
