It’s shaping up to be a busy summer at the Emirates, with Andrea Berta moving quickly and decisively to secure several signings.
Martin Zubimendi, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Christian Norgaard have all completed switches to N5, while Noni Madueke’s transfer from Chelsea was announced on Friday.

Arsenal close in on Will Wright signing
Per Mertesacker has been granted a small budget to bolster Arsenal’s academy this summer.
The German has got to work on sourcing a prolific young striker, with Nathan Butler-Oyedeji and Khayon Edwards’ departures leaving the North Londoners’ under-21s short in this department.
Will Wright of Salford City has been identified by Mertesacker, and the starlet is now closing in on a £250,000 move to Arsenal.
The Gunners beat Liverpool to the signing of the 17-year-old, who is expected to split time between the under-21s and under-18s next season.

Eberechi Eze hint may have been dropped by Arsenal
Noni Madueke has taken the number 20 shirt at Arsenal, despite the prestigious ten and 14 shirts being available to him.
Viktor Gyokeres may well take 14, but Madueke could easily have taken the vacant ten.
It’s possible that the Gunners have withheld the ten shirt for a potential incoming signing, with Eberechi Eze making the most sense.
Eze wearing the number ten shirt has enormous commercial potential for Arsenal, and it’s not an unreasonable suggestion that they consciously blocked Madueke from taking it with a view to the Crystal Palace man donning it.

Arsenal announce the signing of Noni Madueke
Coinciding with him taking the number 20 shirt, Arsenal have officially announced the signing of Noni Madueke from Chelsea.
The winger completed his medical in North London earlier this week, before completing the formalities ahead of his transfer.
The deal is said to be worth in the region of £52 million, with an upfront sum of £48 million being paid to Chelsea, before a potential £4 million in add-ons.
Madueke becomes the fourth signing of the summer for Arsenal.
