Latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours, including updates on Benjamin Sesko, Viktor Gyokeres and Jamie Gittens.
With the transfer window back underway again, Arsenal are looking to land some important players for the coming season.
The Gunners have their eyes on a few options to improve the squad, from goalkeepers and midfielders to the forward line.
While all of the attention is on potential signings, there are some exits to follow for the club in the coming weeks.
So, with that said, here’s a look at the latest Arsenal transfer news and rumours.
How Arsenal hierarchy feel about Benjamin Sesko deal
Arsenal’s hierarchy, including Mikel Arteta, have decided that Benjamin Sesko is the priority striker transfer target for this summer.
That’s according to TBR Football, which claims that talks for the striker are the most advanced out of all of their centre-forward targets.

It’s stated that it hasn’t only been Arteta in this process, despite reports that the Arsenal boss had picked out Sesko.
However, it’s believed that the whole hierarchy have played a part in picking out the striker shortlist.
Arsenal hold Viktor Gyokeres transfer advantage
Arsenal hold a clear advantage over rivals Juventus in the race to sign Viktor Gyokeres this summer, claims transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Swedish striker but aren’t the only team in the race, as the Bianconeri have also been checking the conditions of a deal.
Pedulla explained the situation in a talk on the Italian Football Podcast, claiming: “It is possible [for Juventus to sign Gyokeres] if Arsenal withdraw from the race.
“If Arsenal withdraw, yes,” he said, seemingly putting the links on the backburner until it’s clear who the Gunners will sign.
Arsenal planning move for Jamie Gittens
Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Gittens, but their approach could be about to step up.
That’s because, according to Caught Offside, the Gunners are stepping up their interest in the winger as an option internally.
As it stands, Arsenal face intense competition from London rivals Chelsea, who missed out on a late bid to sign him in time for the Club World Cup.
Talks are ongoing with the Blues for a deal, though Andrea Berta could now start a possible transfer hijack.
